Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a revolutionary innovative program designed for ballet teachers and students. It helps students understand the depth of training muscle memory, core stability, weight placement, and alignment. The unique exercises are developed specifically for dancers with a team of physiotherapists to help the dancer to understand what muscles initiate the movements required in ballet. PBT is designed to enhance continued ballet training not replace it. Alongside regular ballet classes, PBT accelerates technique.
