Contemporary
With an eclectic yet accessible mix of Release, Modern, Ballet and Jazz, Contemporary is a class that includes a rigorous warm up followed by a multileveled combination. Instructed to music that varies from reggaeton to classical, "Contemporary" may inspire you to find your own style of motion and enable what dance is designed to support...your expression.
Lyrical
Lyrical dance is similarly oriented toward the dancer's emotional responses rather than to an underlying formal choreographic structure. While a choreographic structure often exists, it serves more as a general guide than as a prescription for specific dance moves that, once mastered, will be highly similar from one performance to the next.
Stretch
This Class helps improve flexibility
It will also assist in correct posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended position.
Potential to decrease injury by preparing muscles for work before activity and
increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby possibly reducing muscle soreness
Modern
Modern dance is a broad genre of western concert or theatrical dance which includes dance styles such as ballet, folk, ethnic, religious, and social dancing; and primarily arose out of Europe and the United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
